How to thrive in the menopause

In addition, many women in this period of their lives feel that the exercise they have done before, often for many years, just isn’t working for them anymore. Their recovery may be hindered and they may be suffering from more injuries or aches and pains. They may also feel tired and demotivated or have no energy and can find that it becomes harder to maintain their weight and muscle tone. This can be delivered as a workshop programme, one-to-one, or buddy session. We look at - what is the menopause; stress; how best to exercise at this time and the impact that diet and nutrition can have. Through these sessions we work with you to ensure that you train smarter and get the results you want!


This can be delivered either in person or online so geography is no barrier!
